Kathy’s real estate career started more than 12 years ago. After more than $75 million in real estate sales under her belt Kathy prides herself on a true knowledge of the buying and selling of Seacoast homes.
As a long time resident and active citizen in Exeter, Kathy brings knowledge of land planning and zoning issues to any real estate transaction. Having served on Exeter Selectboard for three years, a former 17 year member of the Exeter Planning Board, and current member of the Exeter Budget Recommendations Committee, Kathy has a genuine pulse on what is happening in her community. A native of New England, Kathy received a B.A. in Economics at University of Vermont. She moved into a successful sales career, first working in Boston in corporate contract furniture sales, then at Syracuse University at the Development Office while working on an MBA.
Kathy uses patience and her strong listening skills to match a client’s needs and desires. She brings a positive, can-do attitude to resolving challenges by using a collaborative approach honed through her extensive community service and sales experience.
Raising her family in Exeter for the past 25 years, Kathy is familiar with the seacoast area public schools, private schools and even was fortunate to be able to home school her own three children for 9 years. The public library holds a special place in Kathy’s heart and she currently sits on the Board of Trustee of the Exeter Public Library. Married to Rob, an architect specializing in healthcare and residential design, you can often find them paddling down a local river on their kayaks or walking through the Phillips Exeter Academy woods with their loyal dog Albus.
